#1 Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees #2 Cut pork into 1 inch cubes. Place in a large bowl and add all the spices, salt and oil. Mix to coat all the meat and let marinate for 15 minutes #3 Put meat into air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes stopping halfway through to turn over. Check the pork is fully cooked, Remove and put on serving platter #4 Pour queso into a sauce pan and put over low heat until the cheese is warm. Spoon into a serving bowl and top with chopped tomato. Serve warm with an Ice Cold Coca-Cola or Peace Tea.
