1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded

1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

1 tsp Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated (for topping)

1 cup aged white cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup aged yellow cheddar cheese, shredded

1 box of Barilla Al Bronzo Fusilli pasta

3 tbsp butter

2 tbsp butter (for topping)

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp flour

1 tsp garlic, minced (for topping)

3 cups milk

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (for topping)

1 tbsp parsley, chopped (for topping)
