Pour mix into a small bowl and chill until served #3 Cook bacon fully, chop into large bits, and save 1 tablespoon of bacon fat. Toss gently with fries #4 Place fries onto baking sheet and crisp in oven for approximately 1-2 minutes #5 Transfer fries to a plate, sprinkle with bacon bits and green onions, and serve with BBQ mayo.
