Directions

1 For the dressing, whisk olive oil, lime juice and honey in a bowl

2 Cut feta and watermelon into cubes

3 Add a thin layer of arugula to a rectangular platter. On the top left corner, lay down a square of blueberries. Add alternating rows of watermelon and feta cubes

4 Top with dressing and serve!
