#1 In a large saucepan, add milk, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, chocolate chips, condensed milk, vanilla, and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. #2 Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes & serve immediately. #3 Top with your favorite toppings, such as marshmallows or whipped cream!
