#1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt & pepper. Stir to combine & refrigerate until serving. #2. In a food processor, add chick peas, salt & pepper, parsley, mint, garlic and cumin. Mix/pulse until thoroughly combined. #3. Move mixture to a large bowl and add eggs, baking powder and flour. Stir until combined. #4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, scoop mixture using an ice cream scoop or large spoon, fry on both sides until golden & cooked through. #5. While falafel are cooking, combine lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, radish, pepper & lemon juice in a large bowl. Stir & set aside #6. Time to assemble! Add 1 tablespoon of the lemon yogurt tahini sauce on a pita & top with your falafel balls, then top with a heaping portion of your mixed vegetables. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Here’s our take on Falafel Sandwiches. Traditionally, these flavorful bites are made with dried beans, but in our recipe we are using canned to save time! They’re delicious, crispy on the outside & served with an addicting lemony-yogurt tahini sauce! Let us know what you think!
